报告人简介：

Dr. Li Zhou is a senior lecturer, MA E-Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Department of Systems Management and Strategy, Business School, University of Greenwich, London. She hold Ph.D. in Management Science and Engineering at Business School, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China. In addition to the PhD, Dr. Li Zhou has earned an MSc and a BSc in Engineering. She had been a Post-Doctoral Researcher, a Visiting Scholar and an Associate Professor and Assistant Director. Her teaching includes e-logistics, foundation of scholarship, research methods, process-centred management, and research students’ supervision. Dr. Li Zhou has over 20 years’ teaching and research experience in various universities in China, Sweden and the UK.

Her research interests cover supply chain dynamic performance, reverse logistics system design and closed-loop supply chain management. Her research achievements include over 20 academic papers published in different journals and leadership in managing research projects.

Dr. Alain Yee Loong Chong is currently an assistant professor in Information Systems and research coordinator at Nottingham University Business School China, University of Nottingham. Prior to that, he was a postdoctoral fellow at Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Alain also holds visiting research positions and adjunct professorship at Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Nanyang Technological University, Kasetsart University and Linton University College. His paper has appeared in journals such as Decision Support Systems, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Production Research, Journal of Computer Information Systems etc.

To date, Alain has published more than 80 papers (16 ABS level 3 papers, 39 SSCI/SCI papers) in journals and conference proceedings. Alain is currently the editorial board member of Online Information Review (SSCI), Journal of Computer Information Systems (SSCI) and International Journal of Mobile Computing (SSCI). Alain is the recipient of the Ten Outstanding Young Malaysian Award (十大杰出青年 ) in 2012.
