华东理工大学商学院丹麦哥本哈根商学院Chee-Wee Tan教授应邀到校作报告

2018年11月13日下午，应数据科学与商务智能研究所的邀请，丹麦哥本哈根商学院Chee-Wee Tan教授在商学院新大楼210教室为师生带来了题为“A Set-Theoretic Approach to Topical Configurations in Online Healthcare Reviews”的学术报告。数据科学与商务智能研究所李嘉老师主持讲座，全院30余位师生听取了报告。

在本次报告中，Chee-Wee Tan教授就在线医生评论中的主题配置如何影响评论的有用性问题展开了讲解。Tan教授首先区分了产品和服务评论的区别，以及改善型服务和需求型服务评论的区别。然后基于多因素理论，提出区分核心主题和次要主题的必要性。基于好大夫在线网站的实际评论数据，识别出医生评论中包含的9类重要主题，然后使用模糊集定性比较分析（Fuzzy Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis, fsQCA）的方法，在4类典型疾病上展开了分析。研究结论对于引导病人撰写更加有用的医生评论，以及帮助健康平台研发上下文感知的评论撰写辅助系统，具有重要的现实意义。

报告结束后，我院师生与Chee-Wee Tan教授就研究内容本身，以及模糊集定性比较分析这一研究方法的使用心得，展开了深入交流。

个人简介：Chee-Wee Tan is a Professor at the Department of Digitalization in Copenhagen Business School (CBS), a Senior Visiting Fellow at the School of Information Systems and Technology Management in UNSW Sydney, an International Visiting Professor at the School of Management in the University of Science and Technology of China (USTC), a Research Fellow at the Department of Information Systems in the City University of Hong Kong (CityU) as well as Senior Research Fellow at the Weizenbaum Institute for the Networked Society. He received his Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from the University of British Columbia. His research interests focus on design and innovation issues related to digital services. His work has been published in leading peer-reviewed journals such as MIS Quarterly (MISQ), Information Systems Research (ISR), Journal of Management Information Systems (JMIS), Journal of the American Society for Information Science and Technology (JASIST), European Journal of Information Systems (EJIS), and Decision Support Systems (DSS), among others. Chee-Wee has served or is currently serving as an Associate Editor for MISQ, Information & Management (I&M), Internet Research (IntR), and Journal of Management Analytics (JMA). In addition, Chee-Wee is currently serving on the Editorial Board of Industrial Management & Data Systems (IMDS), IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management (IEEE-TEM), Journal for the Association of Information Systems (JAIS), and Journal of Computer Information Systems (JCIS) as well as in various editorial capacities for special issues at Decision Support Systems (DSS), and JMIS. Finally, Chee-Wee is the co-director of the joint research center between CBS and the Antai College of Economics and Management (ACEM) in Shanghai Jiao Tong University (SJTU).
