会议酒店：上海中星铂尔曼大酒店（上海市徐汇区浦北路1号）

Event Hotel: Pullman Shanghai South (No.1 Pubei Road, Xuhui District, 200235 Shanghai, P.R. China)

如何到达：1/3号线上海南站6号出口

How to arrive: Line 1/3 Shanghai South Railway Station, Exit 6

 

参会代表请持本人名片于6月7日9点-18点或6月8日早晨7点30分开始到酒店1层大堂签到处报到，并领取会议资料和午宴餐券。

Please register with your business card from 9:00AM-18:00PM on 7th June or 7:30 AM on 8th June, at hotel lobby, 1st Floor. And pick up your conference materials and luncheon tickets.

 

请提前妥善安排行程, 如希望预订会议酒店可填写附件预订表并回传，参会代表5月31日前订房可享受协议价（高级大床房RMB900/晚（单早），高级双床房RMB1000/晚（双早））。国外代表如需组委会出示邀请函办理中国签证请及时联系我们。

Please properly arrange your schedule in advance. If you would like to book the event hotel, please fill in the Reservation Form attached and send back, our attendees can enjoy a special price at RMB900 per night for Superior King room with breakfast or RMB1000 per night for Twin Room with breakfast before 31 May. If you need an Invitation Letter for your Chinese Visa application, let us know and we will send to you immediately.
