On October 17, the Teaching and Research Section of the Department of Economics held a research seminar in Room 301A, Building of School of Business.

Associate Prof. Xie Guo’e making a report

The seminar was presided over by Prof. Yang Fengmin. Associate Prof. Xie Guo’e reported on her latest research and shared her successful experience in getting her project funded by National Social and Scientific Fund Program. She considered it important to “raise questions from phenomena, and conduct research based on questions”. The attendees all expressed that the seminar was very meaningful and hoped it would be held on a regular basis.
