At the invitation of the Institute of Operations and Supply Chain Management, Mr. Wu Chenxi, president of TATA Inc., gave a report entitled “Network Marketing and Operations Support of Traditional Industries” to the teachers and students of ECUST School of Business.

Mr. Wu Chenxi introduced the network marketing models and the operation strategies adopted by TATA throughout its development. In addition, Wu shared with the listeners about how TATA achieved great-leap-forward development by integrating online transaction and physical stores

During the report meeting, Wu Chenxi had much interaction with the listeners and answered their questions.
