Dr. Zhu Pengcheng from University of the Pacific Gives a Lecture at ECUST

Dr. Zhu Pengcheng, assistant professor of finance from the Eberhardt School of Business, University of the Pacific, gave a lecture in the third teaching building of ECUST on June 11th, 2012. Prof. Ruan Yongping, director of the Institute of Corporate Finance, presided over the lecture. Teachers and MPAcc students of School of Business attended the lecture.
The subject of the lecture was “Anchoring and Adjustment of Premium in Cross-border Merger and Acquisition”. During the lecture, the students had in-depth and heated discussion with Dr. Zhu on the research.
