At the invitation of the Virtual Business Research Center and the Institute of Operations and Supply Chain Management, Prof. Wen-Chyuan Chiang from the University of Tulsa (US) gave lectures on the topic of “Theories and Methods of Operations Management” to the teachers and students of ECUST School of Business on July 10th and 11th. During the lectures, Prof. Chiang particularly shared his rich educational experience with the listeners, and expounded on how to combine research with practical application in the field of operations management. The future development of operations management was also discussed during the lectures.

The lectures, which enriched the research perspectives of the listeners, have promoted the discipline development of our school and enhanced the exchanges between ECUST and famous foreign universities.
