Mr. Andrew Main Wilson, Chief Executive of the Association of MBAs (AMBA), Prof. Andrew Lock, Chair of AMBA’s International Accreditation Advisory Board, and Mr. George Iliev, AMBA’s Accreditation Manager, paid a visit to ECUST School of Business on October 9th. Dean Wu Baijun, Deputy Dean Huang Lujin and Deputy Dean Yan Haifeng met with the AMBA delegation.

Dean Wu Baijun extended warm welcome to the AMBA delegation, and introduced the School’s major work since it passed AMBA accreditation in 2012. He said that over the past two years, ECUST School of Business had further strengthened its MBA features and enhanced the programs’ market influence. Meanwhile, the School is committed to constructing three communication platforms for the students, i.e. the communication platforms of professional knowledge, practical experience and social network.

Dean Wu expressed gratitude to AMBA for providing a communication and cooperation platform for global business schools. He hoped that AMBA could build more specific communication platforms for the over 200 accredited schools around the world.

Mr. Wilson thanked Dean Wu for his valuable suggestion. Then, he showed the new AMBA logo and introduced the latest services that AMBA provide for global business schools.

The two sides both expressed the hope to keep close contact and seek for further development in the future.
