Representatives from the East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST) and the University of Utah signed a memorandum of understanding on May 4th, 2015.

The distinguished guests from the University of Utah that attended the signing ceremony included Michael L. Hardman (Chief Global Officer), Taylor Randall (Dean of the David Eccles School of Business), Christine Botosan (Associate Dean of the David Eccles School of Business), and Paul HU (Professor at the Department of Accounting). Song Gonghua (Assistant President of ECUST), Jiao Jiajun (Director of the ECUST International Affairs Office), Wu Baijun (Dean of ECUST School of Business) and Yan Haifeng (Deputy Dean of ECUST School of Business) warmly received the visiting guests.

The cooperation between East China University of Science and Technology and the University of Utah started with a joint EMBA training module. The University of Utah arranged two study tours for the ECUST EMBA students from 2013 to 2015. The two sides hope to expand cooperation to other programs so that more students will benefit.
