Prof. Yan Haifeng, deputy dean of ECUST School of Business, and 9 staff members from the ECUST Professional Master’s Programs Center visited China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) on May 15th. Ms. Xu Huijuan, assistant to the dean of CEIBS, and other CEIBS teachers received the ECUST visiting mission. 

During the meeting, Prof. Yan Haifeng said that ECUST School of Business paid this visit in order to draw upon the management experience of CEIBS, especially in the aspects of faculty development and teaching administration. Ms. Xu Huijuan made a detailed introduction to the faculty, teachers’ selection and employment process, etc.

Through this visit, our school has picked up experience in teaching and administration from CEIBS, which offers us new ideas on how to improve the faculty development of the professional master’s programs of ECUST School of Business.
