       【讲座主题】：How to Subsidize Grain Post-Harvest Service Centers: Entry, Effort, and Farmer Adoption

      【讲座摘要】：This study examines how three government subsidy modes, i.e., service utilization subsidy (SUS), processing performance subsidy (PPS), and one-time fixed subsidy (OFS), affect firm entry, operational effort, and farmer adoption in Grain post-harvest service centers (GPSCs) . A two-stage sequential game-theoretic model is developed, capturing farmers' heterogeneous trust in loss reduction and endogenous perceived-loss formation. We formulate the government’s problem as minimizing total post-harvest loss subject to a budget constraint, while the firm jointly chooses service price and loss-reduction effort. We derive equilibria for both unsaturated and saturated markets and conduct a systematic comparison across budget levels and technology cost coefficients, and deduce some management insights.

       唐加福，东北财经大学学术委员会主任、星海学者讲席教授；入选教育部重大人才工程特聘教授、国家自科青年A、国家基金委创新研究群体首席科学家、国家级高层次人才项目并被授予“有突出贡献的中青年专家”称号。兼任教育部高等学校管理科学与工程类教指委委员、中国系统工程学会物流系统工程专业委员会副主任、管理科学与工程学会、中国运筹学会常务理事等。入选辽宁省优秀专家、辽宁省攀登学者、辽宁省优秀科技工作者、辽宁省五一劳动奖章等荣誉称号，兼任《系统工程理论与实践》《系统工程学报》《控制与决策》《中国管理科学》《Decision Analytics Journal》等多个杂志编委；多次入选ESI中国高被引学者榜单。 主持国家自然科学基金青年A、创新群体、重大、重点、重点国际合作、面上、青年等多项，发表SCI论文100余篇，包括JOC, POM, TS, MP, TRB/TRC/D/E, OMEGA, IEEE SMC, EJOR, IJPR, IJPE等，出版专著4部。被SCI他引3000余人次，H指数45。主要研究方向为：制造系统运作管理与物流优化、商业与服务系统运作优化与决策、质量系统工程、数据挖掘与商务智能。
