We establish axioms under which a bargaining solution is found by the maximization of the CES function and unique up to specications of the distribution and substitution parameters. The solution includes the Nash and egalitarian solutions as special cases. We consider a normalization of the CES function. We then establish axioms under which a bargaining solution is found by the maxi-mization of the normalized CES function and unique up to specications of the distribution and substitution parameters. This solution includes the Nash and Kalai-Smorodinsky solutions as special cases. This paper contributes to the bar-gaining theory by providing unied frameworks for understanding, comparing, and characterizing various bargaining solutions.

报告人简介：

秦承忠，男，汉族，天津人。加州大学圣芭芭拉分校经济学终身教授，是世界知名华人经济学家，主要研究领域为博弈论、激励理论、一般均衡理论及其在产业经济学、金融经济学中应用等，华东理工大学商学院高级微观经济学讲座教授。

1983年毕业于南开大学数学系，获数学学士学位，毕业后赴美国爱荷华大学（University of Iowa）留学，于1986、1987、1989年分别获得数学硕士、经济学硕士和经济学博士学位。师从2012年诺贝尔经济学奖得主Lloyd Shapley。1989-1990为比利时运筹与计量经济学研究中心助理研究员。1990年起至今在美国加州大学圣芭芭拉分校（UCSB）任教，1996年起为终身副教授，2002年至今为UCSB终身教授。在Journal of Economic Theory，Economic Theory，Games and Economic Behavior，International Journal of Game Theory，Journal of Evolutionary Economics，Journal of Mathematical Economics 等国际著名经济学杂志上发表论文20余篇，担任American Economic Review，Journal of Economic Theory，International Economic Review等国际一流杂志的匿名评审人，为美国经济学会（AEA），计量经济学学会（Econometric Society），博弈论学会（Game Theory Society）等经济学组织的会员，在国际学术界有很高的学术地位和很强的学术影响力。秦承忠教授的研究成果得到了诺贝尔经济学奖获得者、芝加哥大学经济学家Roger Myerson教授的高度评价。

主要研究领域：一般均衡理论、博弈论和激励理论及其在产业经济学、金融经济学中应用的研究。目前的研究工作主要涉及到交易理论，网络游戏，匹配理论，机制设计，交叉持股和竞争影响，质量信号，内生性利他主义。担任Economic Theory，Economic Theory Bulletin，Pacific Economic Review，Frontiers of Economics in China的编委会工作。主要讲授课程：高级微观经济学，一般均衡理论，市场结构与激励理论，博弈论，等。
