报告内容摘要：

Abstract: We study deceased organ allocation policies that assign priority on waiting lists to voucher holders. Priority vouchers can be obtained by registering for deceased donation, from family benevolence or through inheritance. In a dynamic framework with overlapping generations, we find that providing donors with an additional option to designate voucher recipients has no effect on the organ donation rate. However, allowing the vouchers to be inherited by the donors' offspring always improves the donation rate in the short run, and the long-run effect remains positive given large population growth and a greater level of care for the next generation.

李梦玲，厦门大学经济学院及王亚南经济研究院（WISE）助理教授，研究领域包括市场机制设计、应用博弈论、行为经济金融学等，在Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control，Journal of Housing Economics，The World Economy等期刊上发表学术论文多篇，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目以及教育部经费青年项目各一项。
